DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of arrival if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only accepted on a case by case basis and will involve additional fees. Since all pieces are made to order by hand, I cannot ensure a return on most pieces. Exchanges may be valid for sizing issues such as for rings, ear cuffs, necklaces or bracelets. Please inquire your request to exchange your item by writing to caro@ora-c.com. When your exchange has been approved, you will be responsible for the shipment cost to and from my studio in Montreal, and pay an exchange fee of $20 CAD (unless otherwise indicated). No exchanges will be accepted for orders outside of Canada or the United-States.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be accepted.
