**** ABOUT US TARIFFS *****
All ORA-C products are compliant with CUSMA qualifications and therefore should be exempted from any new US tariffs imposed on imported Canadian goods. However, due to the complexity of these new regulations, note that customs may take longer than usual to clear your package. Which means I hence have no idea of the estimated duration of your shipment in direction to the US. For any concerns or questions about this please reach out to me at caro@ora-c.com

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
If the piece you ordered is "Made to Order", please note that shipping time frame mentioned above excludes the time needed to make your jewelry. You can refer to your product page for more info, but most "made to order" pieces require 1-4 weeks to be made, plus shipping time.
If the piece you ordered is marked as "In Stock", then your piece will be shipped to you within the next 2-4 business days (except if I am away from the studio on a trip or on Holidays, which I will try to be transparent via the website or social medias when it happens).
